A savory seafood dish of mamakari, a fish that is only found in the renowned Seto Sea.	A mouth watering serving of Sea Bream sashimi served with a lemon-soy sauce.	A tender and expretky servig of beef from the famous Chiya cow of beef from the famous Chiya cow of Okayama Prefecture.
